Comfort and cleanliness are very important to us and we ask our guests to assist us by keeping their rooms clean and tidy and avoid undue noise and behavior which may disturb others.

The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation without refund, if in their opinion the behavior of a guest is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby inhibited.

In the event of you not arriving for your booking (No show) and NO PRIOR notification being received then the full remaining balance will be due and will also be taken from the same account. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.

When booking your holidays you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.

Booking-in times and No-shows

We have a strict booking in time policy which we strictly adhere to, even though your booking site may say differently.

Booking in — Earliest: 2pm, Latest Arrival Time: 7pm.
If you’re going to arrive later than 7pm, please contact us to make a special arrangement. If you are stuck in traffic, make sure you have called to let us know your situation by no later than 6pm.

On the day of arrival, someone from The Kenley will call you in the morning to ask about your expected time of arrival. So please make sure you leave your mobile telephone number when you book with us.

If you’re stuck in traffic or delayed for other reasons, just pick up the phone and tell us. Or tell us when you book that you expect to be arriving late for whatever reason. But, please, still keep us informed of your progress if you’re delayed further. If we hear nothing after the 7pm deadline, we will treat it as a no-show, your stay with us will be cancelled and we’ll re-let the room. We will, however, refund your deposit via BACs once the room has been re-let.

If we fail to re-let the room for that night, a one night charge, on whatever room was booked, will be taken.

Parking

Parking in Blackpool is at a premium during the season. There is FREE parking on our side of St. Chad’s Road — this is on a first come, first served basis. However, if you move your car during your stay, you will not get your parking space back.

On arrival we’ll provide you with a map of the car parks in the immediate area. Fees currently run at £7.50 per day.
